Send the frozen overrides from an 855, 856 or 810 preview. Retain the original Idempotency-Key and If-Order-Revision before dispatch; PostgreSQL is required for guarded sends. Read the preview and review its prepared document and blockers first. After an uncertain response, recover this original operation rather than constructing another key or payload. See /stateset-edi/orders-and-recovery.

Buyer PO number (BEG03)

855, 856 or 810

**partner\_id** `string` *required*

Partner ID

### Headers

**Idempotency-Key** `string,null`

Stable unique request key (1–128 ASCII letters/digits or -\_.:). Requires Postgres. Retries return the original EDI bytes; a changed overrides body returns 409.

**If-Order-Revision** `string,null`

Revision returned by order preview; requires Idempotency-Key. Atomic acceptance rejects stale order or partner configuration.

No response body. Wire-ready X12 interchange; X-EDI-Compliance-Warnings carries the issue count.

### Status codes

| Code | Meaning |

| `200` | Wire-ready X12 interchange; X-EDI-Compliance-Warnings carries the issue count |
| `403` | Not this credential's partner |
| `404` | Unknown partner, or no accepted 850 for this PO |
| `409` | PO cancelled, nothing remaining, or Idempotency-Key reused with a different body |
| `422` | Invalid overrides, or blocked by outbound compliance (issues in error.issues) |
