# Delivers a canonical event through an explicitly selected live adapter…

Credentials: a workspace executes with **its own** stored connection
(`PUT /v1/adapters/{name}/connection`). The platform environment
credentials are used only by the platform admin token, and only when the
selected workspace has no connection of its own.

Live adapter name (shopify or netsuite)

Ed25519 signature (hex) over the canonical event message. Absent when signing is disabled. See \[`crate::signing`].

### Status codes

| Code | Meaning |
| - | - |
| `200` | Vendor accepted the event |
| `403` | Partner credential, or an event stamped for another workspace |
| `422` | Unsupported event, planning-only adapter, or no connection configured for this workspace |
| `502` | Vendor API rejected or could not receive the event |
