Streams up to 10k rows per call. For larger volumes, paginate via
since/until windows and stitch on the client side. CSV is RFC
4180-compliant (quoted fields, \r\n line endings); JSONL is
one JSON object per line.
Columns / fields: id, template, status, summary, error,
input_tokens, output_tokens, cost_usd, created_at,
updated_at, tags (semicolon-joined in CSV).
