Signal a PO change to an existing wholesale-order workflow. Save the complete payload expected by your workflow as po-change.json. The handler accepts arbitrary JSON and forwards it to the apply_po_change signal; HTTP 202 means the signal was accepted, not that the order changed. Read workflow status and resulting records before considering the change complete.

Accepts any valid JSON value as the PO-change signal payload. The HTTP handler does not validate a fixed 860 schema; the running workflow interprets the value. Use the payload agreed with the workflow owner and preserve its source document identity.
